Tuition payment is cash at once or even installments and is it only fresh graduands of S4 admitted or even when you sat uce some years back can be admitted

Tuition can also be paid in installments that is first paying 50% of the total sum before entering school and then after a period of a month you can pay another 50% balance. About admissions we also admit those who sat their S4 some years back but you must have passed the necessary subjects as required. Thank you
